The MSN Code.

Msn. Instant messaging. Simple enough; you speak in text talk with all the bbz and the xxx and ta u and howz u and nm u and dw. Easy to understand and work with, but I suggest that there is more to the language used than just that.
Lets start with the hello.
Hello- normally suggests that the person does not know you and wants to find out who it is. Either that or has something important to say.
Hi- there is nobody else online who they want to speak to, so reluctantly settle for you.
Hey- they're trying to be optimistic but inside are having a crap day. When you ask howz u.. they will respond with gd u. Just like normal.
Heya- the person is glad to see you online and is up for a fun chat- they like you.
Heya! - This person has been waiting online for you to sign in for quite a long time. Either they are stalking you and are obsessed or just have something really exciting to say.
Hey- omg you'll neva guess wot hapnd 2day- or something of that calibur where they speak before a reply... they are INCREDIBLY bored or incredibly excited and you're the first person the saw online.

Now with the way they respond to the standard question of: Howz u?
Gd ta u- mean meh ok... i suppose I've got to ask how you are now....
Gr8. U?- they're having a pretty good day today. They want to hear how crap your day's been so they feel better!
Amazing!, then continues to talk about it- this suggests that something fantastic is happening and they don't care how your feeling because they feel great.
Fine- the person actually hates you.
Meh- they've actually had a good day but cant be bothered to talk about it.
Crap, u?- or any other word for excretion suggests that their day has just been a bit dull.
If they were really upset- they would call you or follow the Amazing! steps- just negatively.
